Does not surprise.

I wanted to buy land in Ayamonte. The price was not negotiable, agents were selling at the same price as MF, I requested to give me a discount of the agents fee as I am buying directly. Not given the discount.

A friend of mine bought a flat & had paid the 30% and now wants to buy at new price due to change in market and in the lenders not offering mortgage at the old valuation. He even offered cash purchase with a discount. Nothing doing.

With high debt, asset value shrinking no change in attitude. MF to think that market will improve shows how far they are from reality. .
