Has anyone got any advice with regard to La Reserva.
My property is ready for completion but i dont want to complete, just get back as much money as i can. My lawyers want 6,000 euros to go to court.
If this is something that affects lots of people can we not try to act as 1 large group and help keep costs down.
Any advice would be very welcome.

The court in Marbella rejected a group action by some Green Hill purchasers, saying “every case is different” 😕

I would suggest you send a private message to Suzanne. She is in contact with several La Reserva purchasers and is in the same boat as yourself.
