Property professionals amongst my readers might be interested to know I have produced a report on French demand including data not publicly available.

The report reveals that French demand, though trending feebly upwards over the last few years, is more volatile than other markets, and is steadily losing market share to other nationalities.

French demand is also heavily concentrated in Catalonia, which is hardly surprising given the proximity of the region to France, and the attractions of Barcelona as a relocation destination for French expats looking for a vibrant city on the coast near to France with a more business friendly than France has to offer at present.
