I need some space to do some projects and grow some plants. I prefer Tenerife but elsewhere could be considered for the right price.

Must have access to clean, ideally unchlorined water.

It will need to be small as I’ll have to pay in cash and preferably without banks, agents, just lawyer confirmation.

Not looking to pay over the odds due to property development. There is a glut of housing anyway, outlook is bad and planning is now much much stricter with real passion from locals as #1 political issue. I’m someone who actually wants to buy farmland for… farming, and its not easy.
