The flagship ADH office in Puerto Banus closed yesterday.

This follows the full closure of all Viva offices.

Who will be next, can anyone survive?

I noticed they’ve now got an office in the commercial area behind the harbour overlooking the boats. They’ve probably moved to save on the rent, as I imagine the rent on other office was horrendous (bang in the middle of Puerto Banus)

That small office has always been there – the rent on the one opp el corte ingles would have been huge – Interealty were there before them!

It really needs a shake-out of some of these agents on the Costas, you know the ones who charge rip-off commissions and sell off-plan properties with no licences/planning permissions, but also try and sell the dream of making lots of money on your investment.

There´s a few more that should close in P. Banus too, Awful Estates for one.
