Casa Limon is a lovely house in the town of Periana; surprisingly spacious, with an interesting layout. It is over 150 years old, and has immense character, especially as the previous and current owners have taken great care with the renovation and upkeep, beautiful details, such as Morrocan tiles, have added to its loveliness. It is composed of 2 buildings, the main house and a smaller house at the back, which is known as the mule shed as it was where the mules were kept. The main house has 2 lounge/reception areas, a large kitchen, an office, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the mule shed has a bedroom upstairs and downstairs and a pretty tiled bathroom; there is also a further bedroom with ensuite bathroom which is an annexe off the patio. Not only that, there are also 3 patio areas, one large ground floor patio, with a covered area for outdoors dining, as well as a bbq and pizza oven; a 2nd floor terrace, and a roof terrace with stunning mountain views and perfect for watching the sunset over the mountains.
