Don’t understand why they showed such horrible properties, looked like correction centres! The one in Denia looked ok. But it was overlooking a children’s play area…lovely for a siesta.

I can understand buying to live although even that comes with concerns as to where and what, as well as thorough homework, but why take the risk with holiday homes especially in the light of Spain’s huge property crash? Who could say it wouldn’t happen again so surely safer to holiday in hotels etc as and when, and keeping your money intact?
