The Spanish bank Banesto has added 1,000 more resale properties to its online shop casaktua.com, promising “very competitive prices” and “exceptional” financing terms.
As a way to differentiate itself from the other online property shops set up recently by Spanish lenders, casaktua.com includes properties it has repossessed that are going to be sold at public auction.
Since launching its new property portal on 26 May Banesto says it has had more than 200,000 visitors to the site.
