You dont have to be in Spain to use one of the lawyers recommended on the site. We emailed our (independant) lawyer recommended here and have dealt by telephone, email and fax over the last year apart from one meeting when we were in Spain on holiday.
It has not been any problem and he has been excellent. Where in Spain are you needing to find a lawyer?
PS. He phoned us this evening as we are about to complete on our property.
