Not sure if this shouldn’t be in Property Blackspots really!
The town of Marinaleda (Sevilla) is presently suffering the largest registered plague of termites in Spain. Approx. 400 houses are known to be affected so far. This week I found another (this being the 2nd that I’ve personally encountered in the town) whilst carrying out a survey for a client and so was reminded of the problem which I thought I’d share on here…makes a change from the “usual” problems!
One houseowner has denounced the town council but, so far, there has been no offer of financial help to those affected.
