I have been advised that I now have to pay 24% tax on the Gross Holiday income with no allowance for any expenses as I am a non resident and now from a non EC country

Is this correct ?  Are there any exemptions , ? Is it likely to continue ?

      Any views welcome

      Thanks

Yes, post-Brexit tax on rental income will be increased from 19 to 24%, with no tax relief allowed.

Yes, it is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
