      anyone out there bought off plan at la reserva de marbella, marbella. We are waiting for habitation license but not a lot seems to be happening.

      Hi Jim.Yes i am in the same situation.I suppose you have heard by now that no licences will be issued till the new government officials are elected to the town hall in Marbella,which isn’t till March 07′. I am probably going to have to go to the courts to get my deposit monies back and i’ve heard there may be a class action group of owners that will get together.I’m waiting to get some more details. What news have you heard?
      I think things may have to move quite quickly to get a positive outcome out of this mess.Contact a.s.a.p. would be apprieciated(steve_thelwell@hotmail.com)
