Hello,
A tragedy has resulted in a rented flat being vacant. I would like to send a letter to the flat’s owner to let him know that should he decide to sell now or in the future, I may be interested.
But I don’t know how to go about getting the owner’s address. And advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Gary

Hi Gary,
I meant to answer this days ago, but I’ve been a bit busy trying to finish the refurb of a flat in Barcelona and move in all at the same time, with tight deadlines. Managed it all, just!
Anyway, this question has been asked before. You can probably find the information you need from this thread: https://www.spanishpropertyinsight.com/discussion/forum-topic/ownership-of-empty-unfinished-properties/
Regards from the Pyrenees.

Thank you Mark! I hope you and your family are safe during this difficult time.

Contact your local Assessor and Property Tax Records office and give them the address. You can also google the address, sometimes you can see the owner in one of the results.
