Apologies if this has been raised before but I couldn’t find anything using search.

Can the President of the community issue fines for non-compliance of the Community Rules?

And if so, how does this work? Is it just his decision and that’s it ? Can his decision be challenged?

And if somebody doesn’t pay a fine does that exclude them from voting at the AGM?

As far as I know (as the President of a Community) the President, and even a majority of the community of owners, cannot issue fines. They have to take you to court. Check with a lawyer to be on the safe side.
