  Has anyone bought a property in Cascadas de los lomas, Calahonda on a 2 year minimum guarantee and are having problems receiving this money from the developer after they have completed.

  Hi Ash – I bought one in 2003, completed this time last year and so far received nothing. Have just started legal proceedings – from what the lawyer (ME) tells me he has two other clients in the same position who are taking legal action as well.
