Hi, can you help by answering my question, please?  If you are a debtor in a community can you still use the facilities such as the swimming pools,  There is nothing in our statues to say yes or no to this question?

Marjorie, I guess that if the bylaws of your community of owners say nothing on the subject then you can continue to use the facilities even if you are behind on your community fees. To be sure you’ll have to consult a lawyer but in the meantime this article might be helpful:
