Hi, does anyone know or have access to information on the regs for apartment block building height is Spain, we live in Estepona and over the last months a plan that was formed more then 20 years ago and blocked due to irregularities  has been resurrected again, 3 blocks some 8 storey’s high, close to Playa Cristo etc, I was told that that level of height is now not legal anymore in Spain??
