Andalusia\'s Holiday Rental Laws (Decree 28/2016)

      I have been informed that I require a licence to rent my property to holidaymakers.

      However, the property is within a  ‘residential’ area in La Mairena, Ojen, Andalusia.

      Now, because the population is below 20,000, it is considered ‘rural’, which isn’t correct.

      How do I proceed with my application?
