I have noticed the massively high prices being asked for these modern sectional Scandinavian style properties.
You have to be a millionaire to afford an apartment in these not very Spanish looking buildings.
What would have been around 250,000 Euros for a traditional Andalucian style property in the Costa Del Sol region, the asking prices for these modern boxes is almost threefold that.
In the current economic climate, I am not so sure that these prices are sustainable.
