This tool lets you check the average price of used property by Spanish postcode.
I came across it the other day at the property section of El Mundo online, one of Spain’s leading papers.
You can use it to look up the price in €/m2 of resale property anywhere in Spain, using a postcode.
Prices are based on valuations done by Tasamadrid – one of Spain’s leading appraisal companies.
The problem, as always, is that valuations are one thing, and market prices are another. These figures aren’t an accurate guide to real market prices. But they are better than nothing.
