Would you buy a property in Murcia?

      Would you buy a property in Murcia? The reason why I ask is because there was an Earthquake in Murcia recently which caused alot of damage. I know that if you buy a property in Turkey you must take out earthquake insurance on the property. Earthquakes are things to expect when buying a property in Turkey. Should Murcia be avoided when buying property?

      you realise Murcia is quite a large region? and that the earthquake only really affected Lorca.
