I found Mark’s original topic http://spanishpropertyinsight.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1861 interesting and it got me thinking about the opposite (helps lighten the mood)

I’ve seen several residential areas which I had been impressed with.

      la heredia – benahavis
      la virginia – marbella
aloha pueblo – nr puerto banus
      puebla aida – mijas

Any others similar or better in Andalucia worth visiting?

      Flynn,

I’ve only been there once and it really is nice. I guess the only down side is it’s not withing walking distance of local shops

Anyone who has their web address at the bottom of their forum posts could be accused of that.

Nice photo of you Philip by the way, on your website……

      Your website states:

“….Motion Views provide a photography, video and web design service for businesses and individuals.
We mainly specialise in marketing holiday rental villas and apartments and properties for sale…..
Before you advertise your property, be it a house, villa or apartment, please take a look at our low cost services”.

Come on PGA – this is a business, not a hobby, and it is property-related.

I personally don’t have a problem, your photos are lovely, but don’t patronise us by saying this is a hobby…..
      especially when your website says:

“We are able to carry out a wide range of commercial projects”.

Blimey. Been in bed for a week with a flu extravaganza. I still feel grotty, but so much better than before. I don’t recommend Spanish flu to anyone. Let’s hope the property market doesn’t go down with it.

Now catching up with everything I missed.

I have no problem with PJA including links to his photos. It’s been clear for a long time that PJA has no hidden agenda in this forum. Links to other business-related sites are not bad per se, it’s the intention that counts, and I’m sure that PJA has only the best intentions. I liked the idea of showing photos of some outstanding residential developments in Spain, to counterbalance the monstrosities that also exist. I hope we see more examples.

      Mark
