We want to buy a finca or old rural property: for ourselves in winter and to rent out in the summer. In the Albox- to- Huercal Overa general area, (for up up that E100,000 in total after everything). We would really appreciate advice on the cost of maintenance/changeover fees for rental times, and what is needed for successful rental- for example would installing a swimming pool result in enough extra rentals to pay for the cost+maintenance costs? What is the best number of bedrooms for renters?
