We’re told that foreign buyers (including no doubt Brits) are behind an increased demand for Spanish properties this year.

But it seems that the UK market is entering a slump in prices. Will this stop Brits selling up to move abroad and take advantage of gains?  Interesting too, that banned user JakeSuper predicted the UK market would crash by 2015 – will he be proven right?

Asking prices usually fall in summer but last month’s figure was exacerbated by a steep drop in expectations in London, where new sellers have come in at lower prices for three months in a row as an influx of homes on the market has forced them to price more competitively.
