      I understand the following from an article on your website. As I am over 65 years of age, resident status here in Gran Canaria for 19 years with green card and NIE number. I have  lived in my apartment as an owner for 20 years and now wish to sell.

      So am I right in thinking that I will be exempt from Capital Gains Tax 19% on the sold price of my home.
