In my opinion is excellent. I discovered them about 6 months ago and now transfer smaller amounts to pay my Spanish bills as opposed to sufficient money to last 6~8 months.
The transfer fee is 3 Euros as opposed to my bank which was charging £25 a pop.
The exchange rate is the closest you will get to the bank rate as it’s a peer to peer exchange.
At this instant bank rate is 1.2504 currencyfair will give you 1.2464

By the way, I just checked the site and it seems that one cannot trade CFDs there. Do you happen to know as well which UK company/platform is a good one for forex brokers? Thanks. -

http://www.igindex.com is an excellent platform for currency speculation, they also offer trading CFD’s but I have only ever traded currencies and equities with them.

The truth is that I did not know what it meant myself as the information is for somebody else. As I was told by him: ” If they trade currencies, they know what site is a good one and they can pick out one”. I tried to figure out if it is available in the UK, but can’t tell from here, but we have used xe.com (a Canadian firm) for years, successfully transferring funds between the US, Germany and Spain. They have the best exchange rates we have found (spot rates are only in the trading section, not on the main page).
They also offer currency trading, which we have never had the courage to use.

I know about some several forex trading brokers from the UK. But in my opinion, fxtm is the best broker. why best? I am telling why it is best for me.
