Seems that the prices are lower there than elsewhere.

Are all the cheaper buildings illegal? Or just the position is considered to be bad?

The development itself is a disgrace. Yes they are cheap but many bought several then could not flip. Last time I was there (3 years ago) there was a lot of damp. rats and the residents could not escape.

I believe quite a few spanish have bought there now so it may have changed, but it was awful a while ago.

Youre welcome. I felt very sorry for anyone who bought there as the developers left such a mess and the people living there had no option but to try and stick it out.

I took clients there and a resident showed us the basements and garage and the mess, so didnt want to touch it. However the prices dropped and it was (I guess!!!) a good buy for some spanish just wanting a base and somewhere to put their money
