      Kissimees have recently been considering the purchase of an off-plan resale property through Palmera Properties. The Agency fees seem astronomical!

      Has anyone dealt with this Agent and are fees of around 4000euros considered “normal” when buying off plan resales?

      Hi,

      I nearly purchased offplan through palmera properties 2 years ago at a development called Elray in Enix Almeria. Went out on a one 2 one inspection trip and was treated exceptionally well, no pressure. I also thought there fees etc.. were high and didn’t feel comfortable with the fact that you had to use there lawyers, so I pulled out.

      Since researching the spanish property buying process further and listening to various comments and posts on forums like this one I would never purchase a property unless I could use my own independent lawyer.

      If you’re not happy with the fees find a different property and agent, there are hundreds of resales in Spain to choose from. It really is a buyers market!!

      There are comments that might help you if you put aifos spain into search engine,it might not be the same company but then…..
