What is the property market like in Tenerife?

      I have neighbours who are going to Tenerife to sell “real estate”.

      I am worried that the situation there would not be much different to the situation here, near Malaga.

      Does anyone know what the market is like in Tenerife?

      It’s very slow in Lanzarote, with some agents going out of business and the ones that are left diversifying into rentals, in addition to sales.
