If you look at all the photos on the agent’s website, it seems there are only houses/bad views on one side. It does also have a nice chunk of land at least.
It’s not a built-up area, looks to be a fabulous location, can’t comment on the discount and whether it’s vfm or not, but I do agree with shakeel’s observation regards the villa lacking character.
Not sure that a long, narrow building enclosing a recreational area quite works for me. IMO a property should be self-contained to give it heart and soul, and this property, although obviously built with quality materials, simply lacks charm and character.
Mark, I am not looking with Spanish standard’s. I am looking at the standard set by me spending €1.5 million and my ability to have the cash or access to this sum of cash with the world being my Oyster.
Forgive me if the propery is in Majora & me using the word ” Oyster “
Looks like a big place to me, dont know about vaule but would you buy that close to the sea?, says its build in 1988 so maybe is ok but the Ley de Costas has seen some Coastal houses already demolished in Tenerife
The reduction does look good and the property does look interest. lots of land.
But if it was me looking at this sort of budget I would want to know how this property could be affected by ley the costas.
Also looking at the property, the lack of photos of the inside of the house would bother me. There is only one photo of one of the bedrooms and several of the lounge
and as engel and volkers state: The inside area of the main building is in a renovation-destitute situation.
This being the case, either the owners need to spend some serious money to bring it up to standards of 1.46 millions or the price needs to come down either further.
On the other hand a plot of 12000 square metres is quite a plot. and the size is good. Does anyone have a clear idea of what price per sqm is like in the area?
