Hi Everyone, I’m an experienced Real Estate agent and Investor in Palm Beach County FL, I have over 15 years of experience selling renting and managing vacation homes of my own and for other clients. We are interested in flying to Spain in April to start looking for properties and check how the market is doing … but we just don’t know where! Everything points out that the best areas would be Andalucia – around Malaga (although from my research I would probably personally like more the North but everyone says that the South is where all the turists go)… anyone has any feedback? we would be primarily interested in buying a farmhouse /country home and secondary other properties in the city/downtown area. Thanks in advance! and if anyone needs advice with buying in Florida don’t hesitate to give me a shout ?

Hi Gigi,

You are right – Spain is a big country with lots of different region, but it all depends on your core requirements, as I’m sure you will know as a realtor.

What are your core requirements? It’s difficult to zone in on the right area without a specific brief.
