We are looking for a permanent home in the south. An old rural property as far as possible from roads and neighbours. Somewhere that’s a bit hilly, an old house that is habitable but not “tarted up”, some land, water and services if possible, outbuilding for workshop, trees for shade and firewood.

That’s our ideal – but we are realistic cash buyers so tell us what you have if you are realistic about price.
