Good afternoon,

We are a German/English professional couple looking for a house (village or rural) to rent near Tivissa from June or September 2006 for 9 – 12 months. We have 3 dogs, they are house trained, clean and fairly quiet. We’d like a minimum of 2 bedrooms and a garden. We have a budget of €600-700 per month excl. extras. The house shouldn’t just be a shell or a hut (we’ve had plenty of offers on those!) but offer some creatures’ comforts, please. We are house proud and my partner is a keen gardener, pond expert and can do minor repair works around the house if necessary (painting etc.). We intend to stay in the area as we purchased a finca which we are going to refurbish, hence the need for rental property.

Can anybody help or refer us to a good and honest estate agent?
