Looking to move permanently to East coast of Spain (would consider South also). Budget tight as not ready to sell property in UK until settled in Spain. Would like to rent for minimum of 6 months – part or fully furnished where possible. Ideal location would be close to beach/town centre/amenities with a communal pool/garden.

I am a 30 something young professional (multilingual) hoping to work in a real Spanish environment so a traditional , non touristy/ex-pat location preferred.

If happy with location would invest in property in next 12 months!

Any advice and information on potential rents / even re-sales would be very welcome. I’m hoping to visit the areas mentioned in late May – through June, with Mazarron as a base to explore from. May be limited re getting around as I don’t drive at the moment so a good public transport system is vital.
