Hi Folks,
Have been out twice looking for property,a week in sep06 and again in dec06 and have sorted out NIE,Spanish solicitor,spanish Bank account and currency exchange arrangements with little difficulty.We are cash buyers eager to go having more or less decided on the area and specific property we wish to purchase.Have already put in a few offers for apartments in Piles Playa but are particularly interested in a block called Aquazul 11,not the apartment on 1st floor currently for sale by Polish gentleman!! Does anyone know if there is anyone else selling an apartment in that block.Purchase price around 220000 tops!Back in area for a week in early March to try and secure a purchase.
