      I have a 70 foot luxury narrowboat (2001)that i would like to exchange for property in the sun.The boat is worth at least 90K sterling.It suitable as a liveaboard ,240 on board and a large water tank.Fully fitted and furnished,wants for nothing.3 years safety certificate.Turn key ready to go.
      I would concider anything in the sun ( full rebuild or new).Cash either way.

      Hello,

      I have a very pretty village house for sale here in Spain. It is in Andalucia, in Cortes de la Frontera. I am actually jjst about to post it on this website with all the details. The surrounding counrtyside is beautiful. The house is for sale at 100,000 euros.

      Where is your boat? Sounds very interesting….any chance of some more pics from the inside?
