My wife and I want to purchase a small property in cash (apartment, townhouse, or village house minimum 70sqm) somewhere a bit inland in the south of Spain for a holiday refuge for ourselves. We have been looking online for a couple of months and will fly down in April for a week for viewings. We can do cosmetic work (painting, a bit of tileing) but do not want to do any building or involved renovation work. We are looking in Granada, Malaga area and I have seen lots of possibilities. What is the best way to maximize viewings before we go? Any help would be appreciated.
