Hi,

Having recently moved house, we were hoping to simply change from having wanadoo broadband in one house to the other but Wanadoo seem to have stopped existing and we can find no phone number for Orange in order to query with them what has happened with our non existant broadband…anyone had the same problem, found a number for them???

Hi,
From the internet section on the orange (ex-wanadoo) site, the number appears to be 1414. It’s a short-dial number and SHOULD be available from any spanish phone.
1414 is the number they publish to “sign-up” to broadband, but I’d assume they’d also have a customer support department which should offer help to Wanadoo’s customers.

After a little more browsing on the orange site, I found the following number:
902 012 220 for technical support. It’s advertised as 24/7.
I know 902 numbers are charged by telefonica at 4c/min off-peak and 6c/min peak, ex VAT, but have no idea what they charge for shortcode numbers like the 1414 above (I think they’re free but can’t confirm and wouldn’t like you to hold me to it!)
