The domain vivaestates.com has been taken over by a company called Viva Homes Under The Sun Ltd and Mike Knivett (Sunseeker Homes) is the company director.
On the Viva site it states: Viva Estates is a trading name of Viva Homes Under The Sun Ltd, a UK registered company
Is this the end for Viva? Or is Chris involved in this Newco?

Is it really that important?
I actually know Mike Knivett personally and he already runs a number of successful businesses in Spain so it can’t be a bad thing.
It is time for many real estate agents to re-group, downsize or even close down so the fact that Viva may be doing the same thing is hardly breaking news.

Dear PJ,
The reason I thought it was important is because of the fact that Viva Estates owes people money (I personally know of two) and it doesn’t seem at all right for someone to take or buy a, probably successful, domain name of a company in debt!
What about those who are owed money from Viva Estates I wonder?
