Have heard this on good authority that will be happening within the next few days. Apparently as usual, not even the sales people are aware of this.
Of course they have been in receivership for a few months already, but their time seems to have finally come. I only feel sorry for the number of sales people, staff and suppliers who will remain unpaid for their work as a result of this.
Of course the Hot Properties magazine and the Expo have been severed from the Viva umbrella, thus enabling those ventures to continue unabated.
Don´t hold your breath for Viva to disappear completely though. they will probably open up under another name and relocate to more modest premises…probably renting the office in front of the expo building. Watch this space… -

Well you can expect it to be called Viva something or the other…they will want to change the company name but not the brand name (much like Aifos does every once in a while when they get into enough trouble). They certainly are not in a position to completely rebrand…that would take money which probably they don´t have.
