I wonder if you can help us please?

We’re looking for a long term let around the Nerja area or near regions (Costa Del Sol/Andalucia). Preferably a villa, 2-3 beds within a 15 min journey to a beach, approx 5-15 min walk from shops/bar/restaurants.

Ideally, we’d like to do this with a view to purchase. We propose a larger upfront payment than a standard rental deposit, with a premium payment on a monthly basis to go towards the eventual purchase before we eventually pay off the balance. Is there anyone out there who may have a property who can help?
