      Cash available for a bargain property in Javea / Moraira area.
      I dont need a mortgage & can move quickly, we have an apartment there which we will keep and we are looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with views and pool.
      Nothing old or requiring serious attention considered.

      We have a property not in the area mentioned but within 30 minute drive. Our Villa is now on at a bargain price of 285,000euros and you get a lot of Villa and land for this price probably more than you would get in the Javea and Moriara area.       At benitachell, 3 db bed, Les Fonts, no pool but space, jacuzzi. As new condition, all sats and large terrace with lovely views over campo.

      We have a 4 bed, 3 bath villa, in 2 separate apartments, for sale 800 metres from the El Portet beach.
      There is 190 sq metres of villa on 800 sq metre plot.
      Built in 1987, but we have done all the renovations, wiring, plumbing etc so there is no work to be done.
      Lovely area in quiet flat cul-de-sac, with sea views from the roof terrace.
