Staying in Almoradi area and looking at property to use for holidays and cover annual costs with holiday rentals, are there any rules on this in the area ? as some are requiring licences first. Any advice would be appreciated

Hello Sycamores

Last news about licenses was that “Comunidad Valenciana” (region government) is expecting to ask for registration of each property that is going to be rented for holidays.
The process will be free, and the property should pass on minimum requirements.
They do this to collect taxes easier on rent income from vacation properties.
