      new to forum just wondering if any body can give me information on new development at united golf resort at murcia village is la tercia thanks. davey

      Hi Davey
      We just returned from Murcia on wednesday, we bought off plan at Le Tercia Real being built by PEINSA.

      The site is just being developed, as you can imagine it is a green field site, but we were impressed with the place and bought on our first trip.

      It is literally 10-15 minutes from San Javier, and we were comfortable with the area.

      See it for yourself, you will be impressed. I can advise you on the Agent we used, very knowledgeable & helpful.

      I am buying an apartment at United Golf Resorts La Tercia. The first phase is due for completion in December 2007. So far everything is going according to plan.       Don’t all get confused about these places.
      LA Tercia Real by Peinsa is not the United GOlf Resort complex.
      It is an independant residential housing area and thus cheaper.
      We have delat with Peinsa for years and they can be very good.
      We have more info if you want.
