Under declaring

      Can anyone tell me if people are still under declaring their property value at Escitura/notary, because someone told me that you now have to declare the whole amount?? Or the bank are telling you to…

      under declaration will always be there. Its just a question by what amount or %.

      you have always had to declare the whole amount.

      Why are you looking at under-declaring?
