The story of the old couple is absolutely dreadful! I ‘d really like to ask Linda Murphy who wrote it who were their original lawyers.

Re the article on BGs written by our mariadecastro I would like to add a comment. Maria maybe you could clarify in your article that the legal interest is no longer 6% as it was stated in the Law 57/68 but is following the Banco de Espana rate of interest.

HI Lizi – yes, it is terrible, but so many of us are refusing to be bulldozed together with the bricks & mortar and are determined to fight. The rot that has undoubtedly set in is now being exposed and it’s high time to stand up and roll up our sleeves ❗

That is precisely the reason that I posted that link! It is also what I pointed out to the lawyer who wrote in the same vane in the last newsletter for eyeonspain. I had a very curt response!!
