  Can anyone point me in the direction of the rules regarding trading as an Estate Agent in Mallorca please? Qualifications? Trade bodies? etc

  You don’t need any special qualification or licence to trade as an estate agent in Mallorca.
  
  There are various professional associations with regional arms, like the APIs, but they do require you complete their training course and get certified.

  As far as I know there are no requirements to work as an estate agent in Andalusia. Anyone can do it.
  
  The API professional body is calling for an official register, but I haven’t heard anything about it getting off the ground yet.
