We are looking to sell our immaculate 2 bed 2 bath townhouse in a quiet part of the Campoamor Golf Club complex. Full details and some pics at campoamorgolf.co.uk. We absolutely love the house, but since we took on a couple of horses here in the UK, we are not so able to drop everything at the last minute and head off for our regular weekends or weeks away. Agents proposed we sell at circa Eur 225k (including their 15% of course), but we would be happy with private offers of around Eur 160k.
