I own a property on the coast of Maresme (about 30-45 minute drive from Barcelona center). It is about 6 minutes walk to the beach. I am in the process of applying for the touristic licence. Maybe at some point in the future I plan to rent the apartment out to tourists.
As a ball park figure, what do you think the percentage price of the apartment increases due to the touristic licence? My estimation is about 1%-2% as you can market the property that the apartment has his licence… but this is a wild guess. I would love to hear your opinion (or, if you have an experience like this).
