Costas -4.9% YoY (June -5.2%)

Peak (Dec 2007) to present on Costas now -22%.

It is generally accepted that these figures should be taken with a large pinch of salt. That said they are probably the best of those available. What I’m reading from them is that since the dramatic falls in late 2008 and early 2009 we are now seeing a steady, slow decline in prices. I don’t see any indication yet of the market turning.
